If your Sprint Pro is under warranty, we’ll do everything we can to repair or replace it quickly. And even if it’s out of warranty, we’ll assess it and offer honest advice on repairs or replacements.

Here's how it works:

  1. Complete our short Warranty & Repairs form.
  2. We’ll send you a return number (e.g. SERV001234) and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive it, our experienced team will assess your unit.
  4. If we can fix it, we will. If not, we’ll discuss the next steps with you.

Covered by warranty? 

We’ll repair or replace it for free (T&Cs apply).

Out of warranty? 

We’ll still help and give you a clear cost before we do anything.
