- We service it in 2 working days or less
- It’s returned by next day DPD express delivery

- Local DPD drop-off with 2,500+ locations
- Two working day turnaround (from receipt)
- Full inspection, test and re-calibration
- Parts and labour for any in-warranty items
- Traceable calibration report
- Trackable next-day return delivery
How long does it take?

- Day 1-2 - We service and calibrate it
- Day 2-3 - It's back with you

What’s the difference?
Years 1–4 include inspection, test, calibration, and any in-warranty parts.
Year 5 includes all of the above, plus a sensor replacement to keep your device in peak condition.
Possible additional charges
If any of the below apply, we’ll always contact you before doing any extra work:
The wrong service type is selected (e.g. Year 1–4 booked, but Year 5 is needed)
The device has missed a full year of calibration
Non-warranty defects are found requiring new parts
